Schedule
Schedule will be posted the Wednesday prior to tournament weekend. Please do not email or call with schedule-related questions before then.
Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Wednesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.
Team/Coach Check-In
Coaches will need to check in at Coach Check next to Admissions to receive a wristband that must be worn all weekend. Coaches will be required to show a driver's license, identification card, military identification card, or current passport at check-in to secure their vinyl wristband.
WEEK 1 EARLY CHECK-IN: no early check-in will be available on Friday. Please see Tournament Day Check-in section.
WEEK 2 EARLY CHECK-IN: Teams competing at GICC are able, but not required, to check in the evening prior to competition commencing. We will be at the registration desk from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on 2/19/2025 in the pre-function area of the convention center for that purpose.
TOURNAMENT DAY CHECK-IN (WEEK 1 & WEEK 2): If checking in the night prior to competition presents a hardship due to travel schedules or other reasons, teams competing in the a.m. wave may check in at 7 a.m. the day of competition, and teams in the p.m. wave may check in any time after noon.
Rosters & Fines
Please ensure that your rosters are uploaded onto AES two weeks prior to the tournament. We will have printed copies for you to review and sign upon check-in. Make sure your 18’s are safe sport certified, coaches are background checked, etc. Any roster changes after the deadline will be enforced as follows:
Roster Change Fee ($50): any roster changes that need to be made after the deadline.
Roster Change Fine ($50): in addition to the roster change fee, a USAV fine will be imposed for each roster change made after the deadline.
Non-rostered Player Fine ($250): once a team has begun playing their first match of the tournament, a team will be in violation of this policy if any player (whether they play or not) is not rostered.
Non-rostered Coach Fine ($250): once a team has begun playing their first match of the tournament, a team is in violation of this policy if any individual (coach/chaperone/spectator/etc.) sitting or standing in the player/coach area is not rostered.
